Awesome place, with clean rooms and superb service. The highlight of this place are its managers Mr Rejish and his brother, both of them extremely helpful and polite individuals. They guided us with local sightseeing and contacts. The resort is well located, in walking distance from North Cliff. Rooms are decently priced. The place doesn't have a restaurant, but food delivery apps can be used.

I had stayed at Karthik plaza resort for one night on 16th Dec. It was very pleasant experience. I had choosen for Deluxe room. It was very specious & well maintained. They have sufficient place for car parking as well.Owner of the property is very decent person & helpful. It's just 5 minutes drive from Varkala beach as well. I would highly recommend it for any one looking for comfortable stay with affordable price.

I had recently visisted to varkala karthika resort it is very clean and safety resort. Full worth of our money. Room is very clean and room service is also good they are available for 24 x 7 for our service. The residence management and peoples are very polite and made friendly approach.
